I'm going down to the sea...

Il nostro viaggio sta entrando nel vivo: i preparativi fervono, i contatti aumentano ed i giorni della partenza di avvicinano rapidamente!
Sarà un viaggio turistico, nessun record da battere e nessun primato da raggiungere: percorrenze medie giornaliere contenute, pause prolungate per riposare all'ombra degli ulivi, sbarchi frequenti per assaporare l'ouzo nelle taverne sul mare, allestimento del campo notturno al ritmo delle onde che frangono sulla sabbia... tempo per navigare e per riposare, meditare, sognare, leggere, scrivere, fotografare, nuotare... in kayak, per vivere l'avventura in tutto il suo splendore estivo!
La canzoncina composta da Hanry sarà la nostra colonna sonora: "I'm going down to the sea, my kayak and paddle and me. I'm going East, I'm going West, 'cause kayaking is the best!"

Our trip is going on and the start is coming soon!
It will surely be a turistic kayak trip, no record to overcome: just paddling slowly, just often stopping, just landing many times to drink ouzo on the beach, just pitching the tent on the rhythm of the waves... time to paddle and to relax, think, dream, read, write, swimm and take photos... a kayak trip to live the summer adventure!
The lovely folksong written by Hanry should be our paddling sound track!

Siamo diventati 4!
Con la partecipazione di Hanry e Raffaele il gruppo di amici è salito a 4!
Un numero perfetto per spostare i kayak agli imbarchi e agli sbarchi!
Inoltre, la simpatia dei due storici pagaiatori renderà anche questo viaggio indimenticabile: Hanry è un appassionato estimatore delle bevande raffinate a base di luppolo, Papele è un inguaribile suonatore di flauti di ogni tipo: le serate saranno certamente allietate da musiche e danze, mentre Mauro borbottando terrà lontane le zanzare con le sue sigarette.
Una bella compagnia, non c'è che dire...

Now, we became 4!
With the recently entry of Hanry and Papele the group of friend has been climbed to 4!
A perfect number, specially to land and to carry on the kayaks!
We are sure that their personality will make also this trip an unforgettable adventure...
Hanry is a really perfect Scottish man and Papele is a great flute player: we will certainly sing and dance every night, while Mauro will smoke to reject the mosquitos.
A great company, isn't it?

E' arrivato anche il patrocinio della FICT!
Il Presidente Arcangelo "Gengis" Pirovano, che siamo sicuri avrebbe gradito molto unirsi al nostro gruppo per pagaiare intorno alle coste greche, ci ha chiesto di preparare un dettagliato articolo da pubblicare sul periodico "Pagaiando" e noi speriamo di tornare dal viaggio con tantissimi aneddoti divertenti, come spesso accade in campeggio nautico...

We already received the support of national turistic federation!
The President "Gengis" Arcangelo Pirovano asked us to write an article for magazine "Pagaiando" and we hope to came back with interesting stories.
